Northern Luzon now Experiencing Typhoons Wrath

Areas like La Union Cagayan Valley, are devastated by the second typhoon Pepeng, who came back three times to do its damage of flooding and landslides in higher altitudes. Its twice as deadly as the flooding in Manila, since the water is freezing up north. Meanwhile, Manila folks are experiencing volunteer-donor fatigue.

Thirty towns and two cities of pangasinan were already submerged in critical levels of floodwaters, eastern most part of the province severely devastated. san roque dam will continue to release volume of water through its six gates. Water is 15ft high and not enough support coming from the government. Alot of people in need of help NOW
