Since moving to a new country, I found that I am unable to digest the local milk and therefore considered lactose intolerant. After which I decided to bake my own goodies, and here is where I will put links to my recipes and pictures.

My husband and I were talking last night and mentally listing down all the things we (rather I in particular) had learned to cook in the past 7 months.
1. Sinigang (this is a staple between us since 2-3 years ago)

6. Bolognese or modified Pasta using ground beef or even turkey patty, ham or chicken meatballs

8. Toscana Zuppa (Olive Garden recipe)
9. Simple Kale with Turkey (using leftover turkey meat from Thanksgiving)
10 .Anything with fried meat, beef, eggs, rice, salad
11. Beef & Brocolli
